The mission of my blog is to empower, educate, and inspire women to life a more authentic life by finding balance. Following your passions and inner guidance will put you on your soul’s true path. My articles are about health & wellness, running, yoga, Reiki, meditation, mindfulness, and anything else that will help others follow their soul’s true purpose. I believe strongly in the law of attraction, so many inspirational quotes will be found here as well.
Yoga and running have been powerful transformational tools for me, so there will be a lot of information on these topics. Especially heart rate run training… it has been a profound means of meditation, personally, and has transformed my life in ways I could have never imagined.
Just because you may not run or do yoga- doesn’t mean this blog isn’t for you. Maybe you will start or perhaps, my articles can help put you in the direction of finding activities that put you in the flow, which is so important in living aligned with our soul’s purpose.
